We accept returns on unopened and unworn items, but please note that pictures must be submitted to our email for review before we proceed with the return.

We do not offer returns on pop-up purchases or custom bridal orders.

Online orders have 3 days from the delivery date to notify us if you wish to proceed with a return.

The client must ship the package back at their local USPS and email us the tracking number. If lost, the return is terminated.

Once we receive the package and everything looks good. We will process the refund. You will be refunded within 5 to 7 days through Shopify.

Please keep in mind that Scarlet Elizabeth Designs has the right to refuse any return or exchange if the jewelry shows signs of wear or damage caused by the client, such as cutting the chain with scissors during the unpacking process, etc. In such cases, the client will be responsible for a repair fee, shipping fee and exchange for the same style.

We are delighted to assist you with an exchange if the ring, necklace, or bracelet you ordered online isn't the right size. For example, if a client orders a size 7 ring or bracelet but realizes after trying it on that they need a different size, we are here to help! However, please note that we only offer exchanges for the same style, not for other styles.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of your package being delivered. We’ll provide a return shipping label for $4.90, which is simply the USPS cost—we don’t add any extra charges. Once payment is made, we’ll email the label to you.

If we don’t hear from you within the 3-day window, or if the return is delayed, a $10.00 return fee will apply. Once the fee is paid, we’ll promptly send the return label via email.

Remember to ship the item back to us promptly after receiving the return label. Please ensure the item is securely packed, as any inadequately packaged returns will be sent back to you by USPS. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!
